Manuscript submission

Manuscript preparation
All manuscripts must be in English typed single-spaced with margins of 2.54 cm all round. The paper should not exceed an equivalent of 12 single-spaced (12 points Times New Roman) pages including Tables and Figures. The following points should be adhered to in the preparation of the manuscript:

Title, Authors, and Affiliation:
The manuscript should have a cover page containing a clear and concise title; the name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) of author(s). It should also have a complete mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address of the person to whom all correspondences and proofs should be sent. The next page of the paper should start with the title.

Abstract:
Every paper must have an abstract of no more than 150-350 words, covering the objectives of the work, methods used, result obtained and conclusions reached.

Keywords:
Important keywords, to be used for online search and retrieval, as well as indexing must be included just after the abstract. Up to five keywords are acceptable.

Body:
The body presents the study in logical sections, which should be identified with descriptive headings that are not numbered. Examples of headings are: Introduction, Theory, Experimental work, and Results and Discussion, Conclusions and Recommendations.

Acknowledgement:
Acknowledge any support to work.

Nomenclature:
Should list all the symbols used in alphabetical order, giving definitions, and units in SI. Greek letters, subscripts, and superscripts should be included.

References:
Should be cited in the manuscript by using Author and Year system, e.g. John (1998), Abdul (2003a), Abdul (2003b). Where more than two authors are involved use et al. after the second author, e.g. John and Geoff et al. (1998). All references should be listed in alphabetical order at the end of the paper and in the following format. Use APA version 5 style of referencing Authors: Give last name followed by initials for all authors.

Journal articles:
Give title of the article in quotation marks; Journal name in full; volume number; issue number; month and year; page numbers.

Book:
Give Chapter title in quotation marks, if applicable; Book title; edition number, if applicable; volume number; publishers name in full; city and country of publication; page numbers; year.

Conference proceedings:
Give article title in quotation marks; proceedings specification: name of sponsor in full; volume number; month and year; page numbers.

Figures
All figures should carry consecutive Arabic numbers, with descriptive captions at the bottom, and be referred to in the text. Figures should be at appropriate place in the document.

Equations and Formulae

Mathematical
All symbols in equations must be clear. Use bold case for vectors and matrices. Number all equations. Chemical: Supply reproducible artwork for chemical equations. Long reaction sequences should be treated like figures.

Tables
Number tables consecutively with Arabic numerals, and give each a clear descriptive caption at the top.

Footnotes
Footnotes are not allowed. Incorporate all appropriate information in the body of the text

Off-prints
Each corresponding author will receive a complimentary copy of the issue in which the article appears. Each co-author will receive a copy of his/her own article.

Copyright
Authors are responsible for the originality of the contents. However, there will not be any strict adherence to copyright issues in the journal. Authors may also publish their articles elsewhere if they so wish
